Acro Flying Whale Heart Stretch
Howdy Stranger
Detailed Description
From high flying whale the flyer bends their knees and the base places the flyer's feet on the base's chest. The flyer then drops their arms towards the ground. The base bends their knees to lower the flyer and grabs the flyer's forarms or wrists. The base then straightens their legs to pull the flyer's shoulders back. Works well when the flyer exhales on the extension of the base's legs

Start out gently, then build a little when repeating.  Check in before starting if the flyer has any shoulder injuries or other physical limitations.
