Detailed Description
From High Flying Whale the flyer bends one knee and points their foot towards the ground. The base grabs the top of the flyer's foot with their hand and gently moves the flyer's foot towards the flyer's butt. The base may have to bend their own knees to lower the flyer enough to get a full stretch.  This is a good stretch for the quadriceps muscle of the flyer. Return to high flying whale and repeat on the other side.
