Acro Yoga Kneeling Seesaw Counterbalance
Howdy Stranger
Detailed Description
This is a good thing to try before doing the full standing SeeSaw counterbalance to practice holding a hollow body with counter balance on the flyers ankles and glutes.

The base is knleeding and the flyer sits on the base's lower back.  The base then keeps their knees straight and brings their feet up until the top of the flyer's ankles catch the base's armpits.  They then lean back until they are in a hollow body (aka reverse plank) position.
