Detailed Description
Want to get solid at your hand to hands before moving on to more advanced skills like handstands using the hand to hand grip. Then this is the skill to start out with.
The base lays on their back and holds their arms vertical. The flyer stands with their feet on either side of the base's head facing the base's feet. They then bend over and get a hand to hand grip. Then they slowly push up until their feet come off the floor and bring their knees towards their chest, with their entire bodyweight supported on the base's hands.
