Detailed Description
This is a great way to start learning reverse hand to hand support.

The base lays down on their back, arms straight and vertical.  The flyer starts standing on the ground with a foot on either side of the base's ribcage and facing the base's head.  The flyer then bends over and presses down in a reverse hand to hand.  The flyer continues to add pressure downward until their feet come off the floor.  The flyer then tucks their knees up by their chest.

The end position has the flyer in a tuck hold supported by reverse hand to hand on the base's straight arms.
