Detailed Description
Put the back of your hands down on the ground instead of your palms if you want to strengthen that wrist movement.

You can optionally come up to a plan on fists and the top if you want to work more range of motion of your wrists.  Because let's face it, this is a wrist exercise that you happen to be doing pushups during.
