Eccentric One-Arm Push-Up

Detailed Description
Start off in the plank position but with feet wide apart. Then lift one arm off the floor. You can put that arm behind your back or grab your thigh.

Then lower yourself using only one arm.  At the bottom bring the second arm to the floor and push back up with both arms.
