Detailed Description
Lift one leg up with your shin parallel to the ground. Bend the leg still connected to the ground until your other knee and foot contact the ground around the same time. Then look, you are in a lunge position, so do a lunge back up. Pretty soon you will be ready to do a full shrimp squat.
