Detailed Description
Face the Wall and balance with your toes on the wall. Start with your feet lower on the wall and your hands farther out, then walk your hands closer and your feet higher.
Eventually you can play around with taking one toe at a time off the wall, and eventually hovering both toes off the wall.
Note that it is tricky to land well from this position. Most people have the best luck twisting to the side if they start to fall, rather than falling straight out onto their backs
