Detailed Description
Put your head on the ground against a wall. Go up into a headstand facing away from the wall. After you are up in a headstand push your body up into a handstand against the wall.
There are several advantages to this method. First, it is easier for some people than kicking up into a handstand against a wall. Second, you get practice pressing with your shoulders and engaging those muscles.
On the downside it does take more strength to push up into a handstand than to simply start with straight arms and hold them.
