Detailed Description
Like a normal pushup, except you hinge backward onto your forarm at the bottom, then hinge back and push up like a normal pushup.
This pushup variation is cool, but it doesn't really lead anywhere fun. This makes it a good exercise to throw in for variety but shouldn't be a core of your workout unless you have very specific goals.
This is also called the Tiger Bend Pushup. But we've never seen a tiger do this, and it isn't that fierce of a move to earn the tiger moniker.
