Kettlebell Double Jerk
Howdy Stranger
Detailed Description
This is also known as the long cycle.

To the untrained eye this looks like the double push press.  However, there are real differences.  In the push press the arms push up the entire time and momentum and pushing finish the press.  In the Jerk there is a second smaller dip in the legs to allow the arms to get under the weight and then with straight arms press the rest of the way using the second leg drive.  These differences allow greater weight in the Jerk than in the Push Press.
