Detailed Description
It's like a normal push-up but on your knuckles with wrist straight instead of on palms with wrists bent. This is good for people that have been having wrist problems, and if you can take the discomfort on your knuckles is a slightly easier position to push from than a normal push-up.

In the video Kevin Garnett's form isn't great, but it is a good example that even with poor form doing kuckle pushups looks really cool if you do them after getting thrown to the ground. 

These are also known as first knuckle push-ups.
