Detailed Description
A cool dance lift, flyer walks in one way and walks out the same direction they came from.
For orientation like the video:
Base wraps right hand around in front of the flyer and around the flyer's back. Base's left hand helps lift flyer's left leg.
Flyer grabs base's right shoulder with their own right arm and maintains contact with that arm through the movement. Flyer's left arm swings free for the whole movement.
For orientation like the video:
Base wraps right hand around in front of the flyer and around the flyer's back. Base's left hand helps lift flyer's left leg.
Flyer grabs base's right shoulder with their own right arm and maintains contact with that arm through the movement. Flyer's left arm swings free for the whole movement.
Flyer turns in towards the base as their legs lift up to initiate the 180 degree twist and 360 rotation/flip.
Base's right forarm continues to maintain contact with the flyer's low back through the entire movement. Flyer's left arm asissts the rotation/flip for a little more than the first half.
