A quick anchor for sport climbing is to use two quickdraws. Clip one quickdraw to each anchor bolt/chain. Then put the rope through the bottom carabiner of both quickdraws.

It is important that the gates of the carabiners on the rope are opposed so the rope doesn't accidentally unclip itself.
