Detailed Description
This is the reverse of walking down from start to straddle bat. Instead the base presses up, the base's hips may come off the ground. Then the base takes one foot and bends the leg and places that foot on the flyer's shoulder. Once the foot is on the shoulder the base presses the flyer. After the flyer's weight leaves the other foot the base can move the second foot to the flyer's other other shoulder.
