Detailed Description
The Cossack Squat is a good way to build leg strength and flexability at the same time.

Many people wonder if the straight leg should be kept with the foot on the ground, or if they should rotate it on the heel so the toe points up.  I like both.  Each stretches and strengthens different muscles in the straight leg.  Either way the bent leg is also going to be doing most of the work.
