Elevated A-Frame
Howdy Stranger
Detailed Description
This is also known as elevated Downward Dog. You elevate your feet on a shorter surface like a bosu ball, a couple of yoga blocks, or similar.

This is a transitional skill between downward dog and a full elevated L sit handstand.  It allows you to get some more weight on your hands and get your hips and feet higher, without the full commitment of an elevated L sit handstand.
