Elevated L-Stand Handstand
Howdy Stranger
Detailed Description
Put your feet on an elevated surface like a chair, a couch, or an exercise ball. Practice opening up your shoulders, pressing down into the ground with your hands, and stacking your hands, shoulders, and hips in a straight line.

You can also practice taking one foot at a time off and putting it straight above you.  Eventually this can be an easier way to enter a handsdtand by lifting your second foot off as well.
